I'm a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, so I can guide you across the entire Greater Charlotte market without handing you off at the state line. That matters here: plenty of buyers start out searching in Charlotte and end up falling in love with Lake Wylie, Clover, or Fort Mill, where taxes, schools, and lake access are a different conversation entirely.

My work centers on new construction and lake-area homes. I walk buyers through builder contracts, lot premiums, and what an incentive is actually worth, and I help sellers prepare and price so they compete with the brand-new inventory going up down the road.

Sellers get pricing built on real comparable activity, a preparation plan, and honest feedback. Buyers get someone who knows which neighborhoods hold value, which commutes are livable, and when to walk away.
